How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. All orders ship from Virginia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on orders over $35. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. After that, orders may have already shipped.

I found WineWear on Amazon/Walmart. Is it the same brand?

Yes! WineWear is available on our own website (shopwinewear.com), Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace. Same products, same quality, same brand — shop wherever is most convenient for you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day easy return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, return it in its original condition for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@shopwinewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you want to swap for a different piece, contact us and we'll set up an exchange. Exchanges ship free.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. All WineWear jewelry is made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free materials. Our gold pieces use gold plating over stainless steel, and our beaded pieces use natural stone, glass crystal, and resin.

Will your jewelry tarnish?

Our jewelry features tarnish-resistant coatings designed for everyday wear. To maximize longevity, remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store pieces in a dry place when not wearing them.

What's your price range?

Everything is priced between $15 and $32. We believe in affordable luxury — pieces that look and feel expensive without the price tag to match.

Why is it called WineWear if you sell jewelry?

We started in 2010 as a wine accessories brand — drink markers, wine glass charms, and entertaining essentials. As our customers fell in love with our design aesthetic, we expanded into jewelry and lifestyle accessories. The name stuck because our community loves it, and we still carry our signature entertaining collection alongside everything else.
