- Manufacturing defects — broken clasps, loose stones, or structural failures
What's Not Covered
- Intentional damage or physical abuse
- Lost or stolen items
- Normal wear patterns (light scratching on bangles from daily wear)
- Damage from chemical exposure (chlorine, perfume applied directly to jewelry, cleaning products)
How to Make a Claim
- Email support@shopwinewear.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim"
- Include your order number and a photo showing the issue
- We'll review within 2 business days and send a replacement at no cost to you
